Striking, grappling, submission — and the strength work underneath. Your first two sessions are an assessment; what follows is written into a personal program you keep.

No program is complete without the engine. Plyometrics — burpees, box jumps, jump squats, tuck jumps, skater hops — over a three-day strength split: squat, bench and rows; deadlift, press and pull-ups; step-ups, dips and cleans.
